Performer and show...FANTASTIC! Venue...very uncomfortable!
"Drunk Pirates Guy, a Blues legend, still performed at 85 years old, engaging the audience with stories and historical information. His top-notch band added to the experience. The real downer of the evening was the uncomfortable seating arrangement at the MGM Northfield Theater event venue. The seats, all joined together without armrests, left larger individuals pressed against their neighbors, literally touching. Many people were outside of their seats by about half a seat, despite being average size adults. I had to lean in on my love, and she had to lean in on me, causing her back to be sore the next day. Otherwise, we would have been shoulder to shoulder like packed sardines. This could have been an excellent show overall if not for the seating issue. I strongly suggest that the venue look into fixing this problem, as it was truly bad. I'm unsure if we will support such a venue in the future."
